Made with thick sturdy gauge metal that will hold its shape yet is also a bit adjustable. Hoops can be made wider by gently tugging the two sides apart.
Each pair comes with silicone backings. They stay put, and at first are fairly tight until the silicone forms to the thickness of the hoop. Twisting them on for your first wear is helpful.
