A hook clasp allows for a smaller fit if you like, or you can leave as-is and slide over your fist depending on your preferred fit.

**** HOW TO FIND YOUR FIT **** - The best way to determine your fit is to measure the circumference of your wrist right above where the two forearm bones meet.
