MTV Movie Awards GBK Gift Lounge Update
A week ago tonight I was feeling pretty anxious as the GBK Luxury Gift Lounge honoring the 2012 MTV Movie Awards had taken place, and I wanted to know how it went. This is was my first time ever participating in any big event like this where my designs would be on display, handled by celebrities, members of the press and many other people. It took me 6+ years to gather the nerve to simply get serious about my Etsy shop, so this felt like a huge step forward. I am SO THANKFUL I had the opportunity to participate in this event and am already seeing positive outcomes. A special edition of my Delgado necklace was on display. I also had the privilege of receiving photos of the lovely Autumn Reeser and the adorable Raini Rodriguez modeling my Delgado necklace at the event! You can see the photos under the listing for that necklace.
Needless to say, I am pretty excited for how things have turned out. I was hoping my work would be well received, but very honored at the unexpected response. There are other opportunities cropping up already as a direct result of my involvement and it has only been 1 week since the event. Many celebrities are so busy they haven't even had time to open their gift bags yet. I am thankful and blessed to be a part of The Artisan Group! I'm looking forward to what this Summer has in store for me and I love sharing it with you all. I'm so blessed :)

GBK's MTV Movie Awards Gift Lounge Update
The GBK Luxury Gift Lounge honoring the 2012 MTV Movie Awards is in full swing now! The fun started at 11am PST this morning and will go through 7pm tonight, then repeat again tomorrow. There have already been some amazing celebrities stop by and visit The Artisan Group, each of which has walked away with a swag bag full of goodies that include a pair of my Rose Gold Hoops! 2012 MTV Movie Awards Update
It is surreal to me that it is only a matter of weeks until the 2012 MTV Movie Awards takes place. It seems like I just received the confirmation email that my jewelry would be included in 100 celebrity swag bags, and now those 100 pair of rose gold hoops are packaged and ready to ship to California tomorrow morning along with my special edition Delgado necklace. I will be holding my breath until FedEx confirms that my boxes arrive safely at their destination, and then I'll be able to relax for a few weeks until the gift lounge, hosted by GBK,takes place. It has been a long time coming and a lot of hard work to juggle this project along with a few others in the works, so I'm really excited and ready to enjoy this experience.Here are some images of the rose gold hoops the celebrities will receive in their swag bags, as well as a few shots of the outside packaging. There are 7 different colors, all available here at SaressaDesigns.com for purchase so you can have a pair as well!
Here is a shot of the necklace that will be on display in the GBK Gift Lounge. It will also be available for purchase in the next few days here at SaressaDesigns.com and also on my Etsy site.
